ΓΒ Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards
ΓΒ Assist in the preparation of audit reports and communicate findings to management
ΓΒ Participate in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures
ΓΒ Perform testing of controls and procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations
ΓΒ Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
ΓΒ Provide support to audit teams and assist in the training of new staff members
ΓΒ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards
Audit Associate Requirements
ΓΒ Bachelors degree in Accounting
ΓΒ CPA or CPA Candidate a plus
ΓΒ 2-7 yearsΓΒ experience
ΓΒ Experience with audit and review engagements
ΓΒ Construction engagement experience a plus (but not required)
