The Gig:
ΓΒ Maintain accountability for inbound and outbound files
ΓΒ Complete all file reconciliation and errors
ΓΒ Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends
ΓΒ Complete risk mitigation reporting to include ongoing audits
ΓΒ Support team in overflow of cases related to member data
ΓΒ Communicate daily to alert team of issues or red flags with client data or files; reviewing warnings, errors and file and identifying team members responsible for resolution
ΓΒ Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
ΓΒ Identify root cause of any systemic issues
What you need to make the cut:
ΓΒ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
ΓΒ Experience with either HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and processes is preferred
ΓΒ Experience within the Consumer Benefits, Benefit Administration (or related industries) is strongly preferred
ΓΒ Proven experience and understanding of FTP (File Transfer Protocol), file formats and specs
ΓΒ Comfort level with ETL (Extract Transform and Load) within SQL
ΓΒ Ability to work under pressure - you'll need to do high quality work and maintain your attention to detail under deadline
ΓΒ Intermediate knowledge of Excel
ΓΒ Proven experience with V LOOKUP & Pivot Tables
ΓΒ A confident, positive self-starter who achieves high performance standards with an ability to follow system & operational process flows

The pay range for this position is $50k to $60k (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
