Hickory Hill Golf Course are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.Responsibilities
รย Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
รย Generate sales leads
รย Identify and assess customersรย needs to achieve satisfaction
รย Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
รย Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
รย Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
รย Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
รย Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
รย Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
รย Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements and skills
รย Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
รย Track record of over-achieving quota
รย Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
รย Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
รย Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
รย Excellent communication and presentation skills
รย Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
รย High school diploma
