รย Knowledge of Emergency Management systems (E911, MWN, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities
รย Support the operation and maintenance of Defense EM Mass Warning Notification, E-911, and Audio Visual Notification Systems
รย Provide timely incident management services, adhering to SLA metrics
รย Document and troubleshoot technical questions and incidents from Emergency Responders
รย Address issues related to system performance, security incidents, and access problems
รย Train end-users on self-service resolution steps
รย Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Systems Administration teams
รย Analyze and report on Service Level Performance against agreed SLAs
รย Administer and maintain the ticket management tool
รย Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
รย Maintain standard operating procedures
Qualifications
รย Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
รย Security+ CE certification (must be willing to obtain after starting)
รย Demonstrated experience with Service Delivery and Incident Management processes
รย Willingness to work 3rd shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
รย Limited travel may be required (0 - 4 times per year)
Education Requirements
รย Bachelorรยs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
รย IT Service Management or related certifications are a plus
Experience Requirements
รย Familiarity with Emergency Management systems is preferred
