Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
ΓΒ Accurately enter and maintain client data, booking details, and travel information into relevant systems and databases
ΓΒ Regularly update and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
ΓΒ Generate and manage reports related to bookings, customer interactions, and travel statistics
Travel Booking:
ΓΒ Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
ΓΒ Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and travel-related services
ΓΒ Manage and update booking information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client preferences
ΓΒ Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless travel experience
Customer Service:
ΓΒ Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
ΓΒ Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans
ΓΒ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their travel experiences
Scheduling Duties:
ΓΒ Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for clients and team members
ΓΒ Maintain organized schedules and ensure timely execution of travel plans and related tasks
ΓΒ Prepare and manage itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer service role, with a strong understanding of travel industry processes and systems
ΓΒ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
ΓΒ Proficiency in using travel booking systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools
ΓΒ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
ΓΒ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling bookings and scheduling
