We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Home Staff.
Responsibilities:
ย Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
ย Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in the group home.
ย Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a sense of community.
ย Accompany residents on outings, medical appointments, and community activities.
ย Follow individual care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met.
ย Maintain detailed documentation of resident care, behavior, and any incidents.
ย Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for residents.
ย Encourage residentsย independence and participation in daily activities.
Qualifications:
ย High school diploma or equivalent required.
ย Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
ย CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
ย Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
ย Compassionate, patient, and respectful of residents' privacy and dignity.
ย Ability to lift or move residents as needed (training provided).
ย Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
