What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer assistance by understanding needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues effectively.
- Create a positive customer experience with a warm greeting and proactive assistance.
- Accurately handle transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and ensuring accurate inventory.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with various departments, ensuring they are well-stocked and functional.
- Support pharmacy staff as needed, with flexibility based on pharmacy schedules.
- Promote new CVS services and wellness programs.
What You'll Need
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Good visual acuity for tasks such as reading and detailed work.
