Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients through telehealth services.
Deliver exceptional medical advice over the phone to members.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Utilize critical thinking abilities to assess patient needs and provide appropriate medical advice.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines while providing telehealth services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and medical advice provided.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a team-based approach to patient care.
Continuously update knowledge and skills related to telehealth services and healthcare practices.
Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while interacting with patients.
Uphold the mission and values of UnitedHealth Group in all aspects of the job.
Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Call Us First team.
Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Act as an ambassador for UnitedHealth Group and promote the company's commitment to improving the health and well-being of its members.
