Jabil’s Digital Commerce division is seeking a Robotics Engineering Product Manager to work in Lexington, KY, St. Petersburg, FL or remote for the right candidate. How will you make an impact? Jabil's Digital Commerce division delivers the hardware and systems powering modern retail and logistics, including warehouse automation, in-store digitalization, and payment solutions. As we scale, we're adding dedicated product management to drive strategic investment in our technical capabilities. The Robotics Engineering Product Manager owns the "what" and "why" of our technical portfolio - the capabilities we build, including skillsets and platforms. You'll serve as the connective tissue between commercial teams, customers, and technical teams, ensuring what we build is technically coherent, economically sensible, and aligned to

    Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize capability investments, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy
  • Contribute to portfolio planning alongside commercial and technical leadership
  • Partner with commercial leadership to scope opportunities and translate capabilities into customer value
  • Partner with technical leadership to ensure investments align with platform architecture
  • Engage directly with customers to understand needs and validate solutions
  • Translate customer needs and market signals into clear problem statements and acceptance criteria
  • Own lifecycle decisions, including when to continue, adjust, or sunset capabilities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in disciplines in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Business Management, or other similar related disciplines.
  • At last 15 years of total work experience in an OEM or manufacturing environment required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of product management experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technologies (warehouse automation, AMRs, AGVs, or industrial robotics experience strongly valued)
  • Experience in B2B, design services, contract manufacturing, or engineering services environments
  • Strong technical fluency; ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture and feasibility trade-offs
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear problem statements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, and operations teams
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to influence without direct authority
