    Job Description:
  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads through our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Qualify leads, determine next steps, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing decks, and other sales collateral for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all interactions, proposals, and sales activity.
  • Provide reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Gather and organize client information and inbound inquiries to support the sales process.
  • Coordinate with influencer teams to understand campaign opportunities and timelines.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and assist in workflow optimization.
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or sales coordination (experience in marketing/influencer marketing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot)
  • Able to process large number of inquiries = very organized
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with B2B & Marketing related Services
  • Experienced using Canva.com to develop Case Studies, Proposals and Pitch Decks
