- Manage and follow up on inbound leads through our CRM (HubSpot)
- Qualify leads, determine next steps, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, pricing decks, and other sales collateral for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all interactions, proposals, and sales activity.
- Provide reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Gather and organize client information and inbound inquiries to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with influencer teams to understand campaign opportunities and timelines.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and assist in workflow optimization.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or sales coordination (experience in marketing/influencer marketing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot)
- Able to process large number of inquiries = very organized
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working with B2B & Marketing related Services
- Experienced using Canva.com to develop Case Studies, Proposals and Pitch Decks
