Closets By Design of South Central Michigan is hiring Sales Design Consultants to help clients with their home organization needs. This role offers comprehensive sales and design training, with pre-set appointments provided for client meetings, making it ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided)
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs
Skills
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- We are seeking coachable candidates who are eager to learn
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work in a business professional environment
- Basic computer and math skills
