Job Description
INRIX is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Success teams through strong operational execution and process discipline. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM hygiene, supporting recurring workflows, ensuring data compliance, and providing light deal desk coordination.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain CRM and sales technology systems, including user provisioning, role and permission updates, field maintenance, and account/opportunity support
- Monitor and enforce data hygiene standards, including pipeline quality checks, MEDDICC/BANT completeness, and activity tracking; follow up with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure compliance
- Manage customer portal registrations for Cities and Departments of Transportation, coordinating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Quality, IT, and external partners as needed
- Provide light deal desk and workflow support, including contract review routing, quote documentation validation, and tracking turnaround SLAs
- Support Customer Success Operations with renewal reporting, opportunity reviews, and maintenance of volume-based deal structures
- Maintain and organize Sales SharePoint documentation, including onboarding materials and playbooks
Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Demonstrated ownership of recurring workflows and structured execution
- Strong foundational Excel skills
- Salesforce administration basics
- SharePoint knowledge
- Experience in a SaaS environment with understanding of subscription revenue models
