100% Remote | Long-Term | $3–$5/hour + Bonuses
WHO WE ARE:
We sell a certified multifunction medical laser platform to aesthetic clinics and medspas in Australia. Each machine sells for $25,000 to $35,000 AUD, and we already have warm leads coming in weekly.
Our system treats:
Hair removal
Skin tightening
Acne scars
Pigmentation
Tattoo removal
And 15+ other services
We are the most affordable high-end option in the market (others charge $65,000+).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a lead nurturing + appointment booking role. No cold calling required.
You will:
✅ Message leads from our CRM
✅ Follow up daily using pre-written scripts
✅ Answer basic product questions (we train you)
✅ Explain payment plans (40% upfront, rest in 18 months)
✅ Book Zoom/phone calls for our senior closer
✅ Update status and notes in CRM
✅ Optional: Find clinic owners online and message them (outbound bonus)
YOUR TARGET:
Book 60+ qualified sales calls per month
(Or close deals yourself for extra bonuses)
WHAT YOU GET:
Base pay: $3–$5/hour
Bonus: $25 per booked show-up
Extra bonus: $150 per closed deal
Paid weekly

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
✅ Fluent English (spoken + written)
✅ Experience as a VA, sales rep, setter, or appointment booker
✅ Comfortable with CRMs and scripts
✅ Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-up
✅ Hungry to earn bonuses, not just hourly pay
✅ Bonus: Medical/aesthetic experience or high-ticket sales
