Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to implement and integrate SAP’s integrated toolchain including SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, and ServiceNow. The role focuses on enabling end-to-end application lifecycle management, business process transparency, and enterprise architecture alignment across SAP landscapes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for implementation, monitoring, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX for process and architecture alignment.
- Support integration with ServiceNow for incident, change, and workflow management.
- Set up business process monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, and quality gates.
- Manage SAP system discovery, registration, and connectivity setup.
- Support test management, release governance, and requirement-to-test traceability.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, process owners, and IT operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.
- Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP experience with SAP ALM or SAP Solution Manager.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX.
- Experience integrating SAP tools with ServiceNow using APIs or middleware.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP BTP.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
