About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Material Management (MM) to lead the Forecast-to-Produce work stream within our client's IT organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP supply chain knowledge combined with retail or related industry experience. This role requires proficiency in integrating SAP FTP with multiple systems, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Planning, Vendor Purchase Order Management, Vendor Payment Management, Transportation Management System, and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Additionally, strong skills in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and ABAP code reading and debugging are essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required to effectively collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Forecast-to-Produce solutions aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with business partners to identify challenges and optimize business processes and system solutions. Manage end-to-end integration across supply chain systems, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend SAP solutions. Work closely with SAP developers to design, develop, debug, and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, user exits, and forms. Integrate SAP MM with other modules such as SD, FI, and CO. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user manuals. Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM module. Proven experience in SAP integration and managing large to medium scale implementations with S/4HANA. Proficient in reading and debugging standard and custom ABAP programs, validating enhancements, and collaborating on bug fixes and performance tuning. Familiarity with EDI/IDOC processes and integration techniques. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of SAP best practices and related business processes.
