- Job Description:
- Prepares and submits all compliancy, funding, and student data reports as required by state law
- Manages databases for school state reporting, state database for compliancy, and compliance cabinet for school sponsor
- Adheres to policies, processes, and procedures regarding state reporting, collection of information, and adherence to state guidelines
- Coordinates communication and submission of necessary documents to ensure compliancy and accuracy of reports
- Participate in funding maximization projects
- Assist in operational data analysis and report compilation
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study
- Three (3) years in operations role OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State (Colorado) education regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Colorado reporting structure and laws regarding state funding
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
- Ability to travel 10% of the time, as required for training
