What You'll Do β’ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. β’ Remove blockers and help the team stay focused and productive. β’ Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement. β’ Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and sprint goals. β’ Monitor team progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello. β’ Promote open communication and collaboration across teams. β’ Adapt processes and workflows as needed to meet startup-level agility and pace. Requirements β’ 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment. β’ Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Lean principles. β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. β’ Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams. β’ Comfortable using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro). β’ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
