This seasonal position involves handling customer inquiries, crisis management, booking service calls, and dispatching for various service locations. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Seasonal Customer Service Representative position is paid hourly plus commission. With the potential to make it a permanent position </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is a seasonal position ranging from April  to August.</li> <li>The shifts include  M- F 8:00 am - 5:00pm,  ( possible overtime and occasional weekend)  </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers</li> <li>Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experience</li> <li>Schedule service calls and appointments for customers</li> <li>Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.</li> <li>Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Empathetic and customer-focused approach.</li> </ul> <p><strong> Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive training provided.</li> <li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive remote team</li> <li>$15 hourly plus commisson </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who we are:</strong></p> <p>Bud Andersonis a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator services.
