Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Temporary Recruiter to join our team from March-July. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a staffing agency is a plus.
- *Hours will be 12pm-5pm EST**
- Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hiring CDL Drivers & Forklift Operators.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous staffing agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using ATS systems, preferably ADP.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize ATS systems to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Conduct thorough employee evaluations and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Send job offers to selected candidates.
