Party City is looking for a Seasonal Team Member to join our team and help us provide our customers with an unforgettable shopping experience! Our ideal candidate is a motivated and reliable individual who is not only passionate about making a difference but also enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have the ability to multitask and prioritize, and demonstrate a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide customers with information about products, availability, and pricing. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing items from the store. Process payments and handle returns and refunds. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing displays. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Monitor and address customer complaints in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Handle closing duties such as counting cash and closing registers. Party City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
