About the position
- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with acquired companies to ensure smooth integration and alignment with security policies and procedures.
- Drive the development and implementation of security roadmaps for acquired companies to ensure they meet our security standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and IT, to ensure that security and compliance requirements are met throughout the acquisition process.
- Conduct security assessments and audits of acquired companies to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security training programs for employees of acquired companies to ensure they are aware of security policies and standard methodologies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of security initiatives within acquired companies to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and standard methodologies in security and compliance.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Proven technical background with experience in security technologies and frameworks such as: PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing security roadmaps and compliance programs.
- Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
