Overview
Independently performs programming and analysis functions in the development and implementation of new systems, the revision of existing systems, and to support special projects
Responsibilities
Β Provides support for the analysis, design, and development for technology programs of varying levels of complexity and scope from abstract requirements.
Β Develops process improvements and effective solutions to operational issues.
Β Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and proposes viable alternatives for resolving problems.
Β Gives formal presentations.
Β Manages small to medium scope projects from inception through completion including developing, executing, and monitoring work plans and coordinating resources.
Β Mentors other employees. Assists peers in identifying task priorities and in meeting customer expectations.
Β Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
Β BachelorΒs degree in Computer Science or related field, with five (5) years of relevant experience or the equivalent is preferred.
Β Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills required.
Β Must be an expert/highly proficient in at least one technology or system/application.
