Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Applied Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and productionize generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
This role focuses on building and optimizing generative models and LLM-based systems, including NLP, computer vision, and retrieval-augmented pipelines. You will work on real-world business applications in areas such as retail, operations, logistics, and data-driven decision-making.
This is an applied engineering role — combining strong ML foundations with production delivery standards.
- Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs, Transformers, GANs, and other deep learning architectures
- Develop and optimize NLP and/or computer vision pipelines
- Build RAG systems (retrieval, embeddings, vector search) where applicable
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate generative models
- Integrate AI models into production systems via APIs and cloud platforms
- Optimize performance, latency, and scalability of AI components
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure production readiness
- Work with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Continuously evaluate new research and tools for practical adoption
- Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals
- Experience with generative models (LLMs, Transformers, GANs, VAEs, or similar)
- Experience building NLP and/or computer vision systems
- Experience with model evaluation and performance optimization
- Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments
- Understanding of API-based integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Sufficient English proficiency for client communication

- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Experience with Azure AI services
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques
- Experience with MLOps practices
