- What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications across the full technology stack
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Contribute to system enhancements, feature development, and ongoing operational support
- Participate in architecture discussions and help drive best practices in development and deployment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and performance optimization
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive software development experience, ideally within small to mid-sized teams
- Strong experience in full-stack development and relational database environments
- Experience working with modern development tools, environments, and deployment processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
