Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Insights Analyst to support a multi phase strategy engagement for a B2B, design focused ecommerce brand. This role is focused on analyzing ERP, customer, and transactional data to surface patterns in customer behavior, segmentation, retention, and performance. This is not a dashboard building or marketing analytics role. You will work closely with a Strategy Lead to provide clean, structured analysis that supports hypothesis formation and strategic decision making. What you will do β’ Analyze ERP order history and customer master data β’ Identify customer behavior patterns, concentration risk, and trends β’ Support segmentation and retention analysis β’ Review claims or returns data for friction signals β’ Provide GA4 and ecommerce performance insights β’ Establish KPI baselines to support a strategic roadmap What we are looking for β’ 5 plus years of experience in analytics, insights, or business intelligence β’ Experience working with ERP or transactional datasets β’ Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL β’ Experience with GA4 and ecommerce analytics β’ Ability to translate data into clear insights for non technical stakeholders β’ Comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data What we are not looking for β’ Dashboard only analysts β’ Paid media or campaign analytics β’ SEO or advertising reporting β’ Junior data support roles Apply tot his job
