Key Responsibilities
Β Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Β Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key client accounts.
Β Provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
Β Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
Β Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to boost client retention and drive business growth.
Β Conduct regular account reviews, evaluate performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Β Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.
Β Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
Β Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Β Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Β Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
Β Provide ongoing training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
Β Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Β Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Β Minimum of 5 years of account management experience required.
Β Healthcare experience preferred.
Β Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Β Proficiency in running and interpreting various reports to provide strategic solutions.
Β Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
Β High energy with strong initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
Β Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Β Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Β Capable of handling stressful situations effectively.
Β Knowledgeable in HIPAA standards for protecting and disclosing patientsΒ PHI and e-PHI.
Β Strong analytical skills applicable in a medical billing environment.
