- Core Tasks
- Edit eye-catching videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and more
- Lead and mentor junior editors, offering guidance and creative feedback
- Collaborate with the content team to bring bold concepts to life
- Optimize video content for virality and platform-specific engagement
- Stay ahead of trends, hooks, and innovative editing techniques
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Work with podcast recording tools, Slack, and Monday.com to keep everything running smoothly
- Must-Haves
- 4+ years of proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI editing tools like Descript or Opus is a plus
- CapCut experience is advantageous
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-intensity environment
- Solid understanding of social media and marketing principles
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating trendy, viral, short-form content
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience producing content for coaching, consulting, or high-growth brands
- Background in marketing, advertising, film, or digital media production
- Ability to integrate business concepts into creative video content
