Responsibilities
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage banquet operations and coordinate with event planners to ensure successful events
- Assist the manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet company standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production, banquet, or hotel management is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
