Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Social Media Content Moderator to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for women reentering the workforce or individuals looking for flexible work-from-home opportunities. As a content moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all user-generated content on our social media platforms complies with company policies, community guidelines, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, review, and approve user-generated content across social media platforms.
Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content according to company guidelines.
Respond to and manage community interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain records of content moderation activities and report trends or issues to the management team.
Collaborate with the social media and community management team to enhance platform safety and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow company content guidelines.
Good written communication skills in English.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
Basic computer literacy, including using email, spreadsheets, and content management tools.
Experience
Preferred: 6 months – 1 year of experience in social media moderation, customer support, or online community management.
Freshers or candidates with a career gap are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Working Hours
Part-Time (15–25 hours per week).
Flexible scheduling available with occasional weekend shifts based on platform activity.
100% Remote – Work from the comfort of your home.
