- Analyze unique customer business goals to design and deploy software solutions that drive full adoption of the Trimble ConstructionOne suite
- Deliver high-impact consulting services, including business process reviews, strategic planning, and readiness assessments
- Facilitate expert-level software application training that turns complex data into actionable insights for our clients
- Act as the vital liaison between Trimble and our customers, fostering deep relationships and ensuring every client is delighted with their journey
- Requirements:
- Prior experience with Viewpoint Vista, Spectrum, or ProjectSight
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of software consulting experience within the construction or accounting software industries
- Hands-on, technical experience with ERP, construction, or accounting software
- Ability to gather requirements, negotiate and manage change for complex software implementations
- Strong initiative and customer-service orientation
- Ability to master training and presentation skills quickly
- Experience with the TrimbleOne product suite is a bonus
- Advanced knowledge of construction project management or specialized accounting workflows is a bonus
- Prior experience managing 3-5 day on-site client engagements across North America is a bonus
