Own the end-to-end QA strategy, including test planning, automation, performance, and release validation.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers—providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are testable, measurable, and aligned with quality objectives.
Integrate automated testing pipelines within CI/CD processes to enable continuous delivery and reduce regression risks.
Drive performance, load, and security testing strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability under real-world conditions.
Evaluate and standardize automation tools, technologies, and best practices across projects.
Champion data-driven testing approaches and maintain visibility into product quality through KPIs and dashboards.
Lead defect triage meetings, coordinate release testing, and ensure timely defect resolution and risk reporting.
Foster a quality-first mindset across engineering teams, advocating for testability and robust system design.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
6–10 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of API and backend testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6).
Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence quality culture.
