  • Own the end-to-end QA strategy, including test planning, automation, performance, and release validation.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers—providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are testable, measurable, and aligned with quality objectives.
  • Integrate automated testing pipelines within CI/CD processes to enable continuous delivery and reduce regression risks.
  • Drive performance, load, and security testing strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability under real-world conditions.
  • Evaluate and standardize automation tools, technologies, and best practices across projects.
  • Champion data-driven testing approaches and maintain visibility into product quality through KPIs and dashboards.
  • Lead defect triage meetings, coordinate release testing, and ensure timely defect resolution and risk reporting.
  • Foster a quality-first mindset across engineering teams, advocating for testability and robust system design.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
  • Strong knowledge of API and backend testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6).
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence quality culture.
