About the Role
We are looking for Closers and Setters who are passionate about sales and renewable energy. You will work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office time and field appointments based on your experience and preference. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, youยll benefit from robust training, advanced tools, and pre-qualified leads to make your job as seamless as possible.
Responsibilities
ย Engage with pre-booked appointments to close deals and meet sales targets.
ย Educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy.
ย Collaborate with team members and partners to deliver exceptional service.
ย Represent EnergyTime Solar professionally in the field and at the office.
ย Track and report progress using provided tools and software.
Qualifications
ย Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ย Sales experience preferred for Closers; enthusiasm and willingness to learn for Setters.
ย Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
ย Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (office and field).
ย Team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the company.
