In this critical role, you will be instrumental in managing legal risk and supporting the company's expansion across multiple functional areas.
You will provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategic advice to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders on a broad spectrum of matters.
This includes advising on new initiatives and services, as well as handling a wide array of corporate, transactional, and regulatory issues.
A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve providing expert guidance on labor and employment law matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential disputes.
You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and other third-party arrangements.
Your expertise will be crucial in advising on organizational structure, corporate governance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential legal issues and developing practical, business-oriented solutions.
You will manage and oversee all legal aspects of the company's operations, including intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate compliance.
Collaborate closely with the executive team and department heads to understand business objectives and provide tailored legal support.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the organization.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, with a significant portion focused on in-house corporate legal work or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
Proven expertise in labor and employment law, including advising on compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution.
Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements).
Strong understanding of corporate governance, organizational structure, and compliance matters.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal audiences.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Experience advising executive teams and senior leadership.
