Client is in the implementation phase of modernizing of their core application, juvenile justice information system, used by approximately 2500 end users in OYA and all 36 Oregon Counties. The legacy application uses an on prem oracle database which will remain the system of record and data will be replicated to a PostgreSQL database in Azure Gov. OYA is working with a Low Code Application Platform(Cardinality.ai) and Implementation Vendor(Digital Mobile Innovations) on the overall solution and is looking for an experienced solution architect that can assist our Development Team with Technical Project Oversight and Guidance by providing input and review of Project Artifacts. This will also require some development work involving DevOps and Full stack development, additional KSA's listed below. A portion of the Published RFP for JJIS Modernization Services has been attached for context. Duration is expected to be 3 months, and will include additional project activities as needed.
