Position: Sourcing Specialist- REMOTE- 5315
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW...
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the front end of the sales process to build a strong talent pipeline for practice opportunities. This individual will utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques, including complex internet searches, cold calling, social/professional networking, database mining and competitor research to build a strong network of passive and active candidates for D&Y practice opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β Sources and screens potential candidates for commercial opportunities.
Β Networks throughout geographic territory to establish recognition of D&Y Staffing and our opportunities in the market.
Β Cold calls, texting, and emailing to achieve recruiting goals and to identify potential candidates for contracting.
Β Maintains a pool of qualified candidates.
Β Provides communication and feedback to Director, Client Services and Territory Managers of the opportunities in which he/she has engaged.
Β Evaluates leads for opportunities and organizational match and discusses those findings with the Director, Client Services and Territory Manager assigned to those sites.
Β Responds to incoming inquiries regarding practice opportunities.
Β Monitors third-party websites for lead generation.
Β Leverages social media skills to generate leads.
Β Utilizes database to log, track, and organize activities.
Β Participates in various projects as requested or assigned.
Β Participates in an integrated work team as a responsible team member.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Β B.S./BA Degree preferred but not required
Β Sales or customer service experience.
Β Social media experience.
Β Excellent interpersonal skills.
Β Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Β Excellent decision-making/judgment skills.
Β Excellent negotiation/persuasion skills.
Β Ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
Β Ability to work well with deadlines, multitasking, and stressful situations.
Β Ability to work in a team environment.
Β Excellent computer skills (preferably Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, database, etc.).
