    Pay Range: $14.42hr - $19.42hrRequirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of event planning and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience in phone-based customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple meetings simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience:
  • Experience in meeting or event planning preferred.

  • Experience using SharePoint, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience using phone systems and communication platforms preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with core planning teams to support the logistics of assigned meetings.
  • Coordinate all aspects of meeting logistics within established business rules and budget requirements.
  • Secure and confirm venue bookings in compliance with approved guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Plan and confirm food and beverage arrangements, including special requests.
  • Review and secure audio-visual requirements based on meeting needs.
  • Coordinate documentation and confirmations throughout the meeting lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and required documentation within defined service levels.
  • Communicate effectively with planners, vendors, and stakeholders regarding task completion and follow-ups.

  • Identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates within planning systems.
