Employer Industry: Engineering and Construction Services Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary up to $50.00/hr - Significant work-from-home options with a hybrid work environment (3-4 days remote) - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global leader in engineering and sciences services - Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on team improvement and mentorship - Chance to work on innovative projects with a focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead and support a team of skilled VDC Specialists to ensure project deadlines are met - Manage construction documents and maintain communication with the internal project team - Collaborate with engineers and managers to produce LOD400 BIM for mechanical and plumbing systems - Create and annotate detailed shop, hanger, and sleeve drawings for fabrication and installation - Mentor and train VDC team members on modeling and collaboration software What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of experience with the installation of mechanical or plumbing systems - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, and Autodesk Navisworks - Strong problem-solving and recommendation skills - Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and mentor - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proficiency in additional BIM software is advantageous - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Leadership skills to lead a project team - Competence in public speaking and presentations - Self-driven desire to learn and succeed in the field #Engineering #ConstructionServices #BIM #HybridWork #CareerGrowth We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
