Help Us Define a New Category in AI

WisdomAI is building the Agentic Analytics category — replacing dashboards with AI Data Analysts powered by an Enterprise Context Layer. We’re backed by top-tier investors and trusted by Fortune 500 companies.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager who can turn every event into a pipeline engine and brand moment.

This is not a logistics-only role. This is a strategy + execution + revenue impact role.

You’ll own the full event motion across tradeshows, partner events, executive dinners, and field marketing programs — from big bold booth concepts to post-event pipeline acceleration.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales and other functions to drive measurable revenue impact.

    What You’ll OwnEvent Strategy
  • Build the annual event strategy aligned to pipeline targets
  • Prioritize the right mix of tradeshows, vertical events, and curated executive experiences
  • Define event goals, KPIs, and ROI framework
    Revenue-Driven Execution
  • Partner with Sales to drive pre-event outreach, booked meetings, and target account coverage
  • Own field marketing programs that create high-value executive conversations
  • Ensure events convert into pipeline, not just badge scans
    Brand Moments That Stand Out
  • Create bold booth concepts, experiential activations, and memorable executive dinners
  • Collaborate with product marketing and brand to ensure consistent category messaging
  • Elevate WisdomAI’s presence at major industry moments
    Measurement & Optimization
  • Track pipeline influence, sourcing, and ROI
  • Run post-event retros with sales and marketing
  • Continuously refine event playbooks
    What We’re Looking For
  • 4–5+ years in B2B SaaS event marketing (early stage startup experience preferred)
  • Experience owning tradeshows and field marketing programs end-to-end
  • Strong partnership mindset with Sales (you love collaborating with AEs and SDRs)
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
  • Detail-obsessed project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Data-driven and comfortable tying programs to pipeline impact
    Bonus if you:
  • Have worked with enterprise sales teams
  • Have run events targeting CDOs, Heads of Data/Analytics, CPO, Heads of Product
  • Love building repeatable systems and scalable event engines
