About the position
- Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and development of complex training and performance support solutions.
- Support the implementation, delivery, and evaluation of training solutions.
- Establish rapport with SMEs and stakeholders to understand needs and align solutions.
- Collaborate to document and publish internal processes and standards.
- Use training evaluation data to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in learning and development or performance improvement, with a minimum of 5 years managing projects.
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory and needs assessment techniques.
- Strong experience in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing technical and non-technical training.
- Ability to use a learning management system for managing and reporting learning data.
- Experience in developing project plans and schedules.
- Nice-to-haves
- Manufacturing experience, particularly in an automation environment.
- Medical device industry experience, especially in supporting audits.
- Degrees in training, learning and development, or human performance improvement.
- Project management certification or comparable experience.
- Behavioral assessment certification (e.g., The Predictive Index, DiSC).
