Overview
I am looking for a tech-savvy temporary assistant to help me bring a few "vibe coding" projects to life. We fully support using modern AI tools (Cursor, Replit Agent, Lovable, Claude, etc.) to prototype and deploy applications efficiently.
Your job isn't necessarily to write every line of syntax from scratch, but to "steer the ship"—using natural language, logic, and rapid iteration to build functional tools.
- Responsibilities
- Rapid Prototyping: Take conceptual ideas we provide and turn them into functional MVPs using AI coding assistants.
- Prompt Engineering: Iteratively refine prompts to debug issues and add features to existing codebases.
- Tool Integration: Connect APIs, set up basic databases (Supabase/Firebase), and manage simple deployments (Vercel/Netlify).
- Documentation: Keep track of the project "logic" so it can be easily handed off or scaled.
- Problem Solving: When the AI gets stuck in a loop, you need the technical intuition to identify the "why" and guide it back on track.
- What I'm Looking For
- AI Native: You are comfortable using LLMs (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5 Pro) as your primary "coworker."
- Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a Senior Dev, but you should understand the basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how web apps work together.
- Efficient Communicator: You can take a verbal or written "vibe" and translate it into a technical requirements list.
- Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
- Cursor (the code editor)
- Replit or Lovable.dev
- Basic Python or JavaScript
- Experience with API integrations (Stripe, Twilio, etc.)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
