Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Telehealth Medical Doctor to join our innovative healthcare team. Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments using secure telehealth platforms, including evaluating symptoms and medical histories.
Develop personalized care plans, prescribe medications, and recommend follow-up treatments aligned with best practices and clinical guidelines.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or EMR systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with specialists across various fields including psychiatry, cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, and others to coordinate comprehensive care.
Manage urgent cases such as acute pain management, respiratory issues, or mental health crises through triage and immediate intervention strategies.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality during all telehealth interactions.
Stay current with medical research, clinical trials, and emerging telehealth technologies to continuously enhance service quality.

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in clinical practice with familiarity in outpatient settings; hospital or inpatient experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or other digital health platforms.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage patients remotely and provide clear guidance on treatment plans.
Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; additional certifications in specific areas such as psychiatry, dermatology, or cardiology are advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced telehealth environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Familiarity with medical coding (CPT/ICD coding), documentation standards, and compliance regulations like HIPAA.
