Our team is comprised of highly motivated and production-driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact. **Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role** We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients during times of need. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs, with hours available weekly on a coverage form. **Key Responsibilities** As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries **Computer Requirements** To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you will need to meet the following computer requirements: * Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home * Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc. * Headset: Preferred but not required **Network Requirements** To ensure a secure and reliable connection, you will need to meet the following network requirements: * Speedtest: Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net) * Ethernet connection: Not required, but strongly recommended * Private network: Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations * VPNs: Not allowed, as logins must happen in the US **Desired Characteristics** We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates for this position are: * Highly motivated and production-driven * Energetic and dedicated * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues * Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications** To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues * Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process.
