Location: Remote - (prioritizing candidates in southern half of the state)
Travel: up to 10% domestic travel (primarily in WV) including overnight staysPosition Overview:The Program Coordinator at The EdVenture Group serves the organization by supporting and coordinating programs to ensure high-quality outreach and development services for clients, in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization. The Program Coordinator plays a key supportive role, requiring strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with clients and teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about education, with a willingness to learn and contribute to initiatives that empower learning and development while building a strong foundation for career growth.Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing educational programs and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs,
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders,
- Manage schedules, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records for projects, ensuring all documentation is up to date and organized,
- Monitor the implementation of programs to ensure they meet high standards of quality and adhere to established guidelines and objectives,
- Coordinate logistics for program delivery, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and arranging travel or events as needed,
- Gather feedback and data from program activities, compile reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement efforts,
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment,
- Travel as needed, including occasional airline travel and overnight stays to support program delivery and maintain project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, county, state, and federal regulations, and other identified requirements.
- Maintain a remote working environment that incorporates best practices for personal safety and organizational productivity and complies with company policies.
- Bachelorโs degree required,
- Relevant internship or entry-level work experience in program coordination, administrative support, or education is preferred,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients, educators, and team members
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment,

- Salary: $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
