Job Description
Compassionate Friends Homecare, LLC, a veteran owned In-Home Healthcare company, is seeking a part-time remote Timekeeper.
The Timekeeper plays a crucial role in managing time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HRIS systems. The Timekeeper will collaborate closely with the Human Resources and Operations Departments.
- Jobt Duties:
- Monitor Time Entries: Ensure staff are clocking in/out correctly.
- Approve/Verify Shifts: Review and approve hours, especially when client or supervisor confirmation is needed.
- Correct Errors: Adjust missed punches, duplicate shifts, or incorrect entries.
- Communicate: Remind staff about deadlines for entering/proper protocols to follow, approval deadlines. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding timekeeping issues or discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate reports to ensure caregivers are not going over/under approved client hours.
- Training/Development: Assist in training & development initiatives related to timekeeping practices and HRIS usage.
- Qualifications
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Lawson, Ceridian, or Paylocity is preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of data analysis skills for accurate reporting and decision-making support.

Pay: $24,000.00 per year
