We're seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Salesforce Technical Architect Director. As a strategic advisor and Salesforce expert, you will drive transformational change for our largest and most complex enterprise customers.
Your Impact:
- Lead high-performing teams of technical architects and developers
- Collaborate with executive leadership to facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions
- Develop and deliver action plans for strategic initiatives
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in Salesforce products and platforms
- Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice
Requirements:
- 15+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
- Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills
- Multi-Cloud implementation experience
- 5-7 years of experience leading and managing people
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Expert-level core Salesforce experience and knowledge of BRE, microservice architecture, and high-volume architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- CTA certification or in the process of obtaining it
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Executive presence and leadership skills
