What You’ll Do:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client experience. You’ll:
- Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
- Educate customers about their coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Resolve inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and policy details
- Provide excellent service with a friendly attitude
