General Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with Search Engine Optimization experience.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English with both team members and clients.
To be successful you need:
ΓΒ 3 years experience related to Data Analysis, Reporting and/or Business Intelligence
ΓΒ Working close with the Development team to better pull data, review, generate new search criteria, compare results, test, tweak data models and search result configurations, and repeat until a new design or concept can be applied for the Product Manager to generate new tickets.
ΓΒ Design and implement improvements to search engine algorithms
ΓΒ Perform A/B testing and evaluate the impact of changes
ΓΒ Collaborate with data scientists to apply machine learning techniques to search
ΓΒ Analyze user queries and search logs to identify improvement opportunities
ΓΒ Proficient with SQL and spreadsheets
ΓΒ Strong working experience with Google Analytics or Amazon Search or similar systems to improve Search Engine Optimization
ΓΒ Experience with Tableau; proficient in Python or R
ΓΒ Very comfortable with Statistics
ΓΒ Background using Elastic Search, BI, search engine, contextual search and business analysis
ΓΒ Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred
ΓΒ Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) is a PLUS.
ΓΒ Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including experience with identifying and defining problems/issues and executing analytical approaches to addressing a wide range of strategic questions
ΓΒ If you have experience working with a globally distributed, cross functional teams, that is a PLUS
