This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United StatesThe ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated while also taking direction from Management. Requires oral/written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Our work environment is team oriented and very fast paced, therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills in addition to a professional attitude that exemplifies the culture.
Part time entry level position within our Customs Brokerage team 15-20 hours per week, hours between M-F 8AM-5PM
รย Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
รย Understand and identify customs documentation
รย Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
รย Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
รย Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
รย Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
รย Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
รย Associates or Bachelors Degree,
รย Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
รย Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
รย Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
รย Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
รย Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
