Duties Include:
รย General Building Maintenance
รย Boiler Checks
รย Pool Checks
รย Light bulb changing in common area
รย In room maintenance
รย Cleaning and Organizing
รย PM Checks
รย VIP Checks
รย Trouble shooting HVAC systems
รย Respond to guest calls and colleague needs
รย Respond to emergency situation
รย Maintain the property
รย Work on restaurant equipment
รย Other duties as assigned
Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $28-$29/ hour
Schedule: Require some flexibility from the employee

Minimum Requirements
รย High School Diploma and/or Trade School Certification preferred but not required.
รย 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
รย Bilingual helpful but not required.
รย Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
รย Basic computer skills required.
รย Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
รย CPO certification preferred but not required.
