Job Details
Core Responsibilities
ΓΒ Implement , manage, and troubleshoot core systems and networking issues
ΓΒ Assist in the development and maintenance of Disaster Recovery Planning, implementation, and testing
ΓΒ Manage capacity and performance of the backup infrastructure ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.
ΓΒ Monitor backup server environment, acknowledge incidents/problems, and resolving according to organization processes and procedures.
ΓΒ Provide general core infrastructure support and assistance.
ΓΒ Assist in the resolution of escalated support desk tickets
ΓΒ Creation and maintenance of SOP and Systems Documentation
ΓΒ Ensure operational compliance within departmental standards and general industry best practice.
ΓΒ Sharing progress reports with leadership teams and other departments to communicate changes and implementation of new technologies.
ΓΒ Lead and manage the communication with IT vendors and third-party companies.
ΓΒ Analyzing network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems.
ΓΒ Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation according to the PMBOK
ΓΒ Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.
ΓΒ Implementation, integration, configuration, development, and support of all stages of the SD-WAN process
ΓΒ Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, designing communication networks based on Cisco Meraki technologies and equipment
ΓΒ As prescribed in Kingspan IT Manual, maintain, and improve data availability, security, and integrity of the IT systems
ΓΒ Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Skills
ΓΒ Working knowledge of network infrastructure standards & best practices
ΓΒ Cloud technology experience with an emphasis in MS Azure,
ΓΒ Office365 Administration
ΓΒ Systems Administration, Troubleshooting and Management
ΓΒ Skilled in Windows Server 2016, 2019 Implementation, Troubleshooting & Management
ΓΒ VMware & Virtualization technologies
ΓΒ Microsoft Active Directory in a multi domain environment
ΓΒ Security Best Practices
ΓΒ Meraki networking skills as essential, HP Aruba skills are desirable
ΓΒ Project Management skills
ΓΒ Documentation of IT processes, procedures, systems, and incidents as appropriate
ΓΒ Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role in corporate environment
ΓΒ Manufacturing environment experience
ΓΒ Relevant industry certification CCNA, CCAP, MCSE, Azure Administrator, Azure Network Engineer are a plus.
